Database maintenance has now completed and we are completing restoring service after the extended maintenance period.

The database upgrade is taking longer than expected due to large amounts of customer data but everything is proceeding as expected otherwise. We are continuing to monitor and will let you know when service is fully restored. In the meantime you may continue to see long load times and imports and automate tasks will be delayed.

We're seeing long load times and slow requests. This appears to be due to database cleanup as a result of the upgrade, and should resolve shortly.

In order to support new features, we will be upgrading one of our databases. All of AdStage will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes while we perform this upgrade. During that time imports, scheduled reports, and Automate tasks will be paused, but they will all continue again and do any work they missed during the downtime as soon as service is restored at the end of the maintenance window. Thanks for your understanding as we improve the AdStage experience.
Note: This maintenance was originally scheduled for Nov 16th but was delayed while we resolved an unrelated incident with imports.
